Yes, Robomotion can handle this job for you. It can work through the browser just like a person would. It can open your site, navigate to the correct page, add buttons with links, and publish the updates automatically.

It can also collect the documents people send you each week. It can monitor a specific email inbox or a shared Google Drive folder, gather everything that arrives before your deadline, and upload those files to Google Drive in the correct location. Once the files are uploaded, it can generate the shareable links needed for Google Sites. In other words, everything you currently do by hand can be handled automatically by the robot in the background.

It is important to clearly define every step required, as if you are explaining the process to a new employee. This includes each click, button, name, and action. You will then build a flow that executes these steps.

Just be aware that Robomotion is a low-code automation platform, and this type of flow takes time to build and requires learning the tool. It should not be viewed like app connectors such as Zapier, where you can simply choose an app and create an automation quickly.

Another option is our Discord #jobs channel, where you can find a freelancer to build the flow for you if you do not have time to learn it yourself.

One last option is that we are currently working on prompt-based AI generated flows. In a couple of months, we will be releasing a conversational flow development feature that will allow you to build flows iteratively by talking with the assistant directly inside the Designer.
