Q: I'd love to purchase this but you guys have no tutorial videos on how to build flows.
No I don't want any of your flows which don't have proper explanations behind them but a tutorial which breaks down each section of how a flow works and how it can be created.
Why don't you guys have that and when will you guys put that together?
I've seen random videos about how you create a flow and say this is the simplest way to do something which runs a task after you copy fields that you need to inspect and copy codes, etc. YOU NEED A TUTORIAL BREAKDOWN! That's why more people aren't purchasing because it looks like a headache and no one wants to pay a person to create flows when their trying to save money and do it themselves. Then every time they need it tweaked they've got to hire someone again? NO just have the tutorial for people to learn how to use this things AND YOU HIRE someone to do the breakdown in clear english.

May 14, 2024A: Hi,
Thanks for asking this, this issue raised many times recently. We are aware of the missing documentation and video tutorials. We have recently started adding videos to our youtube channel, and currently growing our team and looking for Technical Writers for adding more documentation and tutorials. Over time we will close the shortcomings here.
Currently, these are the resources you can start with:
⚡️Flow Designer Tutorials ( a quick tour ) - https://app.robomotion.io/designer/#/tutorials
⚡️Documentation Page Tutorials - https://docs.robomotion.io/getting-started/tutorials
⚡️Templates - https://explore.robomotion.io/
⚡️Webinars - https://www.robomotion.io/webinar
⚡️Forum - https://forum.robomotion.io/
Latest webinars, slides, and flows:

If you haven't also, I strongly recommend joining our Discord community server at https://community.robomotion.io to get help from our community.
Best,
Your webinars didn't help because they speak from a programmers assumed perspective.
I went to the below link for browser automations and once again you completely lose people as you jump over steps and then talk about copying and pasting things. Do us all a favor and hire someone who does data entry and tell them to perform a task so that they can ask you how do you do that and when you're breaking it down for them write it down.

If you took on more customer service inquiries and showed people via recording how to do things you'd know how to properly address this instead of sending people to your community or poorly made tutorials, no offense here, that aren't made for beginners.
I need to know why you're asking me to paste in code when this is supposed to be for beginners or low code. I need to know where you got the code from. I need to know what each option does in a node because it does something obviously and telling someone to paste in random code in places doesn't tell us anything or help me in the long run at all. It's the little things that as a programmer you probably don't even think about because you've been doing it for so many years. It's like saying go make me cereal to a child and they bring you the box of cereal. You've gotta say get the bowl, open the box poor the cereal, close the cereal, get the milk open the milk to poor, close the milk, etc.
Hope that helps and feel free to bring this deal back when using it is clearer. I'm sure this is a very powerful tool but you just need time to get better resources available for it (consider hiring YouTubers too they love making content for great tech).
Hi,
Low code means you need to add some code to create automations. Most RPA products requires you to understand some programming language basics. VB.NET, C#, Java or something else, depending on the tool. Robomotion is not a no-code tool.
Robomotion uses Javascript as its scripting language. There are people in our community coming from non-technical backgrounds and learning to create flows. There is a learning curve, and we try to help everyone in our Discord community server at https://community.robomotion.io we have a #javascript channel, and there we are answering basic questions if you are a newbie.
If you do not want to learn a scripting language, or do not want to learn the tool that is fine. The other path is, you can always hire someone - an RPA Developer - a freelancer in our community at our #job-posts channel. There are also people doing that. This would be the fastest way to start using the tool and turn your daily manual processes into automation.
Best,
