1. Yes, all tiers can purchase Cloud Run.
2. There is expiry for one-off credits purchased, but monthly used credits reset every month.
3. Yes, all tiers can use Robomotion on a VPS, and we provide Docker support. It is not currently part of our CI/CD pipeline and is not automatically updated, but we have shared a previous version upon request in our Discord. For a long time Raspberry Pi version lack behind, now it is up to date, we will add Docker too. But if you need the latest version just ask in our Discord, we will share.
