I should be grateful it's not out of business, and I can still use it. But I don't see any development happening, and ease-of-use things like streamlining your selection of tracking pixels by brand are no-brainers they've not implemented for years. Also, there is a chat widget for support, but it's ignored 100% of the time. No one is home.
Initially, I liked this deal so much that I also encouraged a company I was working with to purchase a regular monthly package (after the LTD already ended). It seems as though this product has been abandoned. They no longer seem to be developing features, and they no longer reply to support tickets.
Rocketlink has a very bad way of responding to questions in their facebook group.
I had a pretty simple question about the way Rocketlink is handling GDPR in 2018, and they promised to get back to me. Guess what: They didn't.
Than they changed the rules of this sa,e customer community group, and now they don't want questions like this not even mentioned..
For me it is okay, if i had known I would have directed the question directly to their specific url.
But than don't call the group a community.... with the tag line 'let's get better together'.But to able to respond to something and not give a decent answer to pretty normal question baffles me as a customer and a business owner myself.
I call BS on this way of treating existing customers.....
Do NOT use this product cause it probably won't handle GDPR the right way!! Otherwise they would have had an answer for that

Since this deal finished the support does not exist. No replies on Twitter, no replies to emails either. All promises have not been implemented either. At least the website is still alive. 1 taco for lack of support and stop developing as promised.

I can't agree with that! Our support is very active on Intercom. Unfortunately we don't provide support via Twitter - sorry for that.

Super disappointed in this product and support
