Q: 25 coaching clients in tier 3

Can each of the 25 accounts be reset to be reused once a client has finished with your services? Or are they used by one client and then not able to be used again?

Q: upgrade possibility credit card issue

Hi! I had credit card issues when purchasing today and just had enough to get one of the Tiers a lower tier than the one I wanted. I kept getting an error message while trying to pop up, and I was getting nervous so at least I was able to purchase within the deal.

Is there a possibility to upgrade the Tier within the appsumo deal?

The AI will be similar in other apps.
Of course the content drives the text of the answers a lot. So if you want that the responses align with a specific niche, then you have to carefully ensure that the content provided from you provides a lot of your preferred tone in the text.

For the audio: We use AWS polly for the key languages, e.g. British or America, French,...
These are rather main-stream and those used also by Amazon.

Please also bear in mind that you get here a LTD for 25/50 users, so giving them real-time highest quality voices will cost us more over time, then what you are spending here, just for the voices.

Therefore: We will allow you in the to connect your own audio voice provider with your own API on your own cost, but this is HY2.
