I have tried to contact support@salesblink.io since 09 Jan 2025 and checked my inbox, spam, notifications and all other folders daily but there are 0(zero) replies for the last 7 working days.
Hence I have no choice but to ask this question:
What is the official way for users to obtain technical support(where replies are actually provided)?

Q: Unable to Activate Tier 3

I have purchased Tier 3 on 20Dec2024 and tried to activate by registering on your website
https://run.salesblink.io/signin but everytime i click on the Sign up i keep coming back to the same Sign in page. Looks like this is an infinite loop error.

Have sent your team a couple of emails 2-3 on different days in the last 24 days but so far have not received any resolution to my concern. AppSumo has also reached out to you with no reply.
Looking forward for an early resolution or i would have no chance to ask AppSumo for a Full Refund. Sorry to say this!!
