Q: Just a note: in the profile set up page, the bio has space 250 characters.
Once saved, you need to refresh the browser for the photo to appear on the left panel, and it does not allow the full 250 characters to be seen in your profile summary. The final 20-25 words are cut off from visibility.
Hey Sumoling, we have a master database for the data which is being imported. However, we filtrate the email addresses only while sending emails and not while importing them.
Delete button in card view and flagging company emails is a good idea, we will consider this review definitely in our team meeting to discuss how well it is fit there. Thanks for your valuable suggestions

Q: Ideally you would also have a master database of email addresses that have been rejected as spam so those are not imported.
There need to be a delete button in each card on the list view not just a checkbox.
Company emails which are not personal emails should also be flagged as such for review and deletion.

Also if you see an email with an underscore then it would be good to break it into first and last names.

A name like this Madison_152875542 would be flagged for deletion and be able to be selected in mass when cleaning up records.
Right now all the junk emails are making me think this is too much work to get set up so I might even return it.
