Not at all. While many of our current examples and positioning focus on B2B workflows, Sayify can absolutely be used for B2C use cases as well.
Any workflow where you want to collect richer responses, understand users better, automate follow-ups, or guide people through intake/onboarding processes can be a good fit.
Some possible B2C examples:
coaching or journaling workflows
customer onboarding
wellness or feedback programs
creator/community engagement
support intake
applications or registrations
personalized outreach and follow-up experiences
The platform itself is flexible and not limited to B2B-only workflows.
