Q: Announcement: Sayify Agent Connector for MCP

Hi Sumo-lings,
We've just released: Sayify Agent Connector for MCP.

You can now connect MCP-compatible tools like Claude, Cursor, and internal AI agents to your Sayify workspace with scoped, auditable access.

Agents can help search forms and responses, review cases, summarize existing Sayify AI insights, create internal notes, add follow-up tasks, and update case status when permission is...

A: Hi Agency888,
We do not have a public MCP server available today.
It is on our roadmap, though. Sayify already has API keys, REST API access, webhooks, Zapier, Slack, and Google Sheets integrations, so the foundation is there. An MCP server would be a natural next step for letting AI tools and agents interact with Sayify data more directly, for example reading responses, creating forms/intake...

Q: Sayify Branding / Recording Time Limits

Do the plans include the ability to remove the “Powered by Sayify” branding? Also, can you please confirm if the maximum recording durations (eg. 60 seconds, 90 seconds, etc) for each plan are per question or per submission? Thank you.

A: Hi Agency888,

Q: Safari iOS

In the FAQs it is mentioned that Safari on iOS is only partially supported. Can you please explain why? Is there a browser redirect or prompt shown to Safari iOS users suggesting they switch to Chrome for iOS? Thanks.

A: Hi Agency888,
Great question. The "partially supported" note is mainly because iOS Safari has browser-level limitations around certain recording APIs, especially screen recording. Voice, text, file upload, and normal form completion work on mobile Safari, but advanced capture features like in-browser screen recording depend on APIs that iOS Safari does not fully expose.
We do not redirect...

Q: Uses and Marketplace

I have read through your blog, use cases and thank you for providing some thoughtful and comprehensive resources; feels here to stay. I can also envision the high appeal to "package" the details, context, sentiment and urgency for any business development.

However in offering a service, even with max tier I would need to increase "response amount" and pass the cost forward.

A: Hi magroup,
Thank you for the thoughtful question and for taking the time to explore Sayify in depth. You’re exactly right: Sayify is designed to help package context, sentiment, urgency, and next steps so service providers can use it across client workflows.

1. Additional responses / packs
Yes, additional response capacity can be added beyond the included monthly limits.
