Hi,
I’m interested in License Tier 3, but I have a question about the 75,000 outreach credits.
What exactly counts as an outreach credit?
Are credits only consumed when using AI features, or are they also used for regular outreach actions such as sending LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, lead processing, or running campaigns?
If I don’t use AI at all, will I still need to spend or recharge outreach credits?
Also, are the 75,000 credits monthly, yearly, or lifetime credits?

What counts as an outreach credit:
Credits are consumed by outreach actions only. Every connection request, opening DM, or follow-up message sent to a prospect = 1 credit. That applies whether you use AI or not. If you run fully manual sequences with no AI involved, credits are still consumed on each outreach action.
If you don’t use AI at all:
Yes, you will still consume credits on every message and connection request you send. Credits are tied to outreach volume, not AI usage. AI conversation handling after a reply does not consume additional credits on top of the outreach credit already used.
Are the 75,000 credits monthly, yearly, or lifetime:
They are a one-time lifetime bundle. Not monthly, not yearly. You get 75,000 credits upfront and they carry forward automatically as long as your campaigns are active. Once the bundle runs out, you top up at $60 for 10,000 credits with no subscription or lock-in required.

Also, once the 75,000 credits are used, what happens exactly? Do campaigns stop, or can we buy additional credits? If yes, what is the price for extra credits?
