Q: Credits and expiration?
I am confused. You guys replied in my question that 10.000 will cost us $20. I read a post that the firdt 100 people to buy will for $20 and 10.000 will cost $60. I need to know exactly the price we will pay for 10.000 leads. $20 to $60 is a huge difference specially for people that the dollar is very high in our country. So what's the real price we will pay for $20 as Sumolings?
Thank you!

Edited Apr 16, 2026A: Hey! Happy to clear this up completely.
Here's the exact pricing:
First 100 AppSumo customers get 10,000 top-up credits for $20 one time. This is a thank you to our earliest supporters. Given we're close to hitting that 100 mark, there's a good chance you're in that window.
After the first 100, top-ups are $60 per 10,000 credits which works out to $0.006 per LinkedIn connection request. So to answer your question directly - you will most likely pay $20 per 10,000 credits as one of our early buyers.
Please note - top-ups are only available one time, we will introduce a standardised monthly plan based on tiers for topups to sustainably keep on offering topups. thank you.

You'd get the option on the dashboard to topup, once the initial credit expires.
"Please note - top-ups are only available one time, we will introduce a standardized monthly plan based on tiers for top-ups to sustainably keep on offering topups. thank you. " folks you need to get your offer right. There have been too many changes on your offers & commitment. not encouraging. something is not right. Just flagging.
I don't think there's any changes to the people who already bought. As the demand of the product increases, we're introducing changes for new users and we need to do this if we need to serve for several years to come. We are also adding new big features(curated leads, etc) at the same time, making things valuable.

Appologies for any confusion and miscommunication. We've added a Founder post to clarify things out officially.
we're providing 1-1 calls to the people who are requesting through our campaign expert calls + such level of features which market hasn't seen as of yet. if somebody doesn't feels right about our new changes, they're free to demand refund. thank you!
This credit deal got confusing. On one comment It says "Credits expire after 90 days only if they are not actively used." But then another Founder comment says credits expire according to the tier (ej. Tier 1 is 6 month before credits expire if inactive.) Also confused about credit purchasing - wether $20 or $60 for 10,000 credits, is it one time and then it goes to a monthly subscription?

This is a horrible mess so far on credits.. so after top up .. the only option is a monthly subscription .. you will no longer just purchase as needed.. this is a critical point. .please reply ASAP .. as this seems to be the weakness of this deal at the moment..I am on Tier 2.. but I really dont want to test this out until I see your response..
Exactly .It’s a Funnel. Not an LTD.. It’s also not prepaid credits LtD for platform use. For T2 we are paying $289 for I0k credits which is $0.010 per credit and gotta consume in 11 months. Then pay $0.006 /credit to use the platform which also will expire. 40 slots can’t use platform w.o credits after 1-3 yrs .my gut feel is they had a plan , saw more demand, got greedy to bring monthly. iam out
Please checkout how credit works and our recent developments - https://appsumo.com/products/sbl/questions/how-credits-work-new-launches-1500795/ - We won't be doing any further change on credit policy.
If someone is not happy with changes, feel free to demand refund. Thank you!
The fact credits expire is a deal breaker. I buy stuff that I am going to use in the future, not right now. This was one of those buys and the fact you're selling this on a LTD site when its not LTD is pretty crazy, what makes it worse is without going through these comments I'd never have known credits expire. You need to put the credit expiration time on the tier info.

That answer alone is enough for me to refund.. so thank you.. app looked pretty solid, but your tone on here, the credit mess and the fact you chose not to reply to my clear and reasonable question is screaming refund now.. I do demand a refund.. ta
