A: On API access - yes we're exposing an API very soon which will allow you to connect SBL into your marketing stack including through Zapier and direct integrations. MCP and CLI level access is something we're actively working on which you can connect to claude to fully manage your sbl campaigns. We'll announce full details once it's live.

On isolated workspaces for clients - yes the workspace architecture is built exactly for this. Each workspace has its own knowledge base, LinkedIn accounts, campaign context, and AI training. Your clients are fully isolated from each other. Tier 2 currently includes 2 workspace.

On WhatsApp - it won't be a native channel under the LTD. It's a different infrastructure offering we're still working through. We'll make a full announcement when we have something concrete.
