I have the Lifetime License 2, but I've found a major issue. Your dashboard explains how to create an Android shortcut to access the platform like an app, but in reality it's unusable. After creating the shortcut in Google Chrome, I only see:

"Use Desktop for Best Experience :) We love your phone's screen, but this app needs more room... Try us on a desktop!"

Why provide Android shortcut instructions if the dashboard can't actually be used on Android? And please don't suggest Desktop Mode—everything becomes tiny and unusable.

So how am I supposed to monitor chats from my phone? This is essential. Also, please tell me the correct email or contact method for customer support, as I don't use Slack.
