ExpertEnoughQ: Top-up credits and workspaces
Hey!
I've seen the following in another response around here, and I quote:
"Additional credits are available at $60 for 10,000 reach-outs with no subscription required. Extra workspaces beyond your tier are available on our standard monthly plan which also gives you unlimited workspaces."
I got SBL T2, so:
1. Where can I buy the additional 10k credit package? I could not locate a way to do it inside the platform dashboard.
2. Workspaces: there was never a mention of the number of workspaces available per tier and only says "Multiple workspaces" on the AS sales page, so I assumed we had unlimited and we were only limited by the number of LinkedIn accounts (which makes sense).
However, the sentence above suggests that there is an unmentioned cap on each plan.
So how many workspaces are available to create in each plan?

On buying the top-up credits:
The self-serve top-up option inside the dashboard is still rolling out and be visible close to when your credits are expiring.
On workspaces per tier:
Fair point, and you're right that the AppSumo page just says "Multiple workspaces" without specifying the exact number. To clarify, Tier 2 comes with 4 workspaces and Tier 3 comes with 8. It is a separate limit from your LinkedIn account count, not tied to it. If you need more than what your tier includes, our standard monthly plan comes with unlimited workspaces.
We'll get the deal page updated to reflect the exact workspace numbers per tier so this is clearer for future buyers too.

I would like to be able to buy top up credits right away, and not only when about to expire, so I can charge and allocate different amounts per client, being properly organized. Is this possible? Also, any chance T2 can have 5 workspaces vs 4 please? Thanks
