2-We want to buy Tier 3 and start using it, between 6 or 9 months from now, will our account will be deactivated ,meaning will our credits (75,000) be deleted and therefore the account?
3-What will happen to LTD USERS ,if you DECIDE/have to sell sale sbl.co to potential investors or future owner(s)?

1. What happens when you run out of 75,000 credits?
No disruption to your account or campaigns. You simply top up whenever you need more reach. Top-ups are available at $60 for 10,000 credits with no subscription or lock-in required.
2. Will your account or credits be deactivated if you start using it 6 to 9 months later?
Your platform access is lifetime, that never changes. On credits, Tier 3 comes with a 32 month usage phase, so starting 6 to 9 months from now still leaves you well within that window. As long as your campaigns are active and outreach is happening when you do start, your credits carry forward automatically and do not expire.
3. What happens to LTD users if sbl.so is acquired?
This is a fair question and one we take seriously. Any acquisition or partnership would be structured to honour existing LTD commitments. Our users come first and that is a principle we operate with regardless of what the future looks like.
