Q: Questions part 2 - Several questions that I have to split because of the allowed text lenght.
What does "fully inactive" exactly mean?
You wrote "credits don't expire unless you go fully inactive.".
Inside the billing section it says: "However, as long as you're actively running campaigns and outreach is ongoing, your credits will be carried forward.". Then it shows a "Reachout Credit expires" date in round about 14 months. Does it mean the credits only expire if I do not use your system within that mentioned deadline? So if I use it for example after 10 month will the deadline be 14 months from that date I used it again or will all credits expire after 14 months (for tier2) latest?

Here's how it actually works. If you run even a single outreach or campaign activity before that 14 month mark, your credits carry forward automatically to the next month. The 14 months resets with activity, it's not a hard expiry date from the day you purchased.
The credits only expire if your account sits completely dormant through the entire phase window without a single reach-out happening.
