Just bought Tier2 after a short free trial run. Looks very impressive so far!
I run a small online marketiing agency with a few current and some prospect LI outreach clients.
The Appsumo feature list says "Multiple workspaces". I understand that I can create a Workspace per client and "teach" the AI each client's context in it's own Workspace. I then connect that client's set of LI accounts for outreach and the AI will answer based on the Workspace context (and also campaign specific context info).
Regarding Workspaces:
1. How many workspaces for Tier 2?
2. How many users (client contacts) can I load per Workspace?
3. When WhatsApp arrives, what will the relationship between Workspace and WhatsApp accounts be?
4. How many WhatsApp accounts per Workspace?
5. How many users per WA Workspace?
6. Any estimation on the WA arrival date?

Your understanding is exactly right - each workspace is isolated with its own knowledge base, LinkedIn accounts, and campaign context. The AI learns each client's product, tone, and ICP separately.
We have announced the number of workspaces for each tiers from founders post (right there in the founders section), with respect to top-ups on workspaces -- we're working on that to see if it will be feasible for us to offer that, as we have already increased the workspaces from absolute zero.
You can invite around 30 members (it can be increased as per request). You can load as many leads as you need into each client workspace.
3 to 6. On WhatsApp - WhatsApp is a completely different infrastructure offering that we're still ideating and working through on how to make it sustainable and offer it the right way to you all, right now it's on standard monthly plan(we may plan to give it at subsidised monthly rate but still we haven't finalised it's structure) . It won't fall under the lifetime deal. We don't want to give you a half-baked answer or a timeline we can't commit to as we have other features on priority but WA definitely sits in one of the top ones, so once we have something concrete we'll make a full announcement to all AppSumo buyers first.
