I am setting up my campaign, and admit it is taking me a while to do so. I have created a funnel to go along with it, and want to make sure that my funnel and SBL talk with each other. I have found the support and responses to my questions timely and helpful. Overall, although my campaign has not yet started, I am feeling confident that this will be effective. 🤳⛔️IMPOSSIBLE TO USE FROM ANDROID
I have the Lifetime License 2, but I've run into a very important issue. Although your dashboard clearly explains how to create a shortcut so you can access messages or the dashboard directly from Android as if it were a real app, the reality is very different. It is absolutely impossible to properly view, let alone interact with, the dashboard from a mobile device.
When I follow your instructions to create the shortcut, all I see is this message:

So my question is obvious: why do you show users how to create an Android shortcut if it's then impossible to actually use the platform from the browser? (I use Google Chrome)
My second question is: how am I supposed to access the dashboard from my Android device? Obviously, I can't spend 24 hours a day monitoring different chats from a computer, but I can do that from my mobile phone. So this functionality is absolutely essential.
And please don't tell me the solution is to enable "Desktop Mode" in the browser. That is a terrible workaround, as everything becomes microscopic and is practically impossible to read or use.
Honestly, I hope there's an option I've overlooked or something I haven't considered, because not being able to access the platform from a mobile device would be a very serious design flaw.
In today's world, that would be the kind of mistake you would expect from 20 years ago, not from a platform built around artificial intelligence.
I also need to know the email address or the proper way to contact your support or customer service team, as I don't use Slack.
