Do you have a clear timeline for the agency and white-label features?
Also, for Tier 4, the plan includes 4 senders. Is that 4 senders per client account under an agency setup, or 4 senders total?
We need agency and/or white-label functionality before we can properly start using ScaliQ for our business. From what I can see, white-label is not currently on the roadmap, and Team Access is...

A: Hey, first, happy you’re enjoying the software and seeing the potential to scale with it. Glad to have you onboard and part of the ScaliQ journey.
Let me clarify everything. For Tier 4, it’s 4 sender accounts total per license, not per client. You can distribute them however you want across campaigns or clients, but it’s not 4 per client under an agency setup.
Q: Could you go in more depth on the branding for tier 1-2?
Just read one of the more recent comments (i already have tier 2) does branding in fact stay on for the tier i currently have or is it just that i won't be able to white label for clients?
no worries if it is just the inability to brand toward clients -- i do not need that, but the scaliq branding for campaigns would defeat the purpose correct?
If i'm interpreting this incorrectly, i apologize. Just looking for clarification after reading that users question

A: Good question, and no worries at all, I see where the confusion comes from.
With Tier 1–2, you can absolutely use ScaliQ normally for your own outreach without any issue. There’s no “ScaliQ branding” being shown to your prospects in messages or campaigns, so it won’t affect your outreach or defeat the purpose at all.
The only difference is around white labeling. Tiers 1–2 don’t include the...
Could you provide a detailed comparison between ScaliQ and SBL.so?

A: Hi there !
To be transparent, I haven’t used SBL.so at all, so I don’t want to make assumptions on their features or performance.
From what I understand, the main difference is in the model. ScaliQ is a true lifetime deal. You pay once and keep access to the full system (agent, campaigns, inbox, lead sourcing, etc.) with no recurring fees.
From what I understand of SBL.so, access seems to...
I want to understand the white label option. Will my clients use my credits or they will buy the credits directly from you? Can I sell at a markup? If I am managing it as a true Saas, who provides customer support and how will they feel when they discover that the service is coming from you?

A: Hello there, happy to clarify.
With the white-label setup, everything runs fully under your brand. Your clients won’t interact with us directly. They’ll access the platform through your domain, with your logo and branding, so from their perspective it’s your product. On the credits side, your clients use the capacity included in your tier. You decide how to distribute that across them...
Additional senders (seats) beyond the 4 included in Tier 4 are $29/month per account.
From there, you’re free to price it however you want. Most agencies resell access somewhere between $99–$199/month per account, or bundle it into a higher-ticket service.
So your margin is simply the difference between your pricing and the $29/seat cost, which gives you a lot of flexibility as you scale.
Q: So the only way to remove your branding is to pay for level 3?
Is there any way you can change this? You have a lot of competitors on appsumo already and your reviews don't read is very authentic (They sound incentivized to me)... I'd rather go with something proven especially given the fact that I'd have to deal with your branding. Would you reconsider and remove the branding from a lower tier?

A: Hello there, I’m curious what made you feel that way.
Just to clarify, none of our reviews are incentivized. They’re coming from real users who took the time to write detailed feedback, and most importantly, they’re not from fresh or low-activity AppSumo accounts (you won’t see patterns like accounts that only bought 1–2 deals in our reviews). It’s genuinely people getting value from the...
