I've tried to connect Attio and it doesn't work. Also posted on the Scoop discussion board and had no response in 3 weeks. How do I get it to connect to Attio please?
Thanks for PS. Sure will try to send in parts . Let’s I want to use transaction analysis & process studio in my consulting for clients to analyze Cycle Time & TAT of their Rev Ops , Fin Ops any process. It could be any CRM too
While I can be the owner of the Scoop acc , while clients authenticate the connection they see the scoop brand .
In 8th second : below video shows scoop wants to connect & footer shows scoop email https://youtu.be/Bm8k7i83n2Y?si=CAQzK90TMUbXhX-o
I am looking at ways to send a link with my Cname branded /url to request connection to clients system(s) to pull data directly into scoop for further analysis & advisory services. Some service providers allow this method .
If there is any other better method , happy. I don’t want clients to give their system credentials to me as well & want to maintain some privy to what system we are using for analysis if possible
Can you also work with AppSumo to update the 1mn record limit to 2mn which you mentioned before
The product should already be set to 2MM, AppSumo needs to update their stuff. As for the security, what you are describing is complex and not how the product works today. I could suggest another alternative that may be better though. Create a dataset for email (try it). It will create an email address for that dataset. Then your users can email their data as an attachment and it will get ingested
Scoop can read email attachments and load as data. Your customers can even subscribe to reports with the data and autoforward to Scoop - making it entirely automatic
Ok , will this work for process snapshots too .Can you do a Quick Loom video from clients perspective to show this . It would be great . I can use some workflow tools if needed . I saw your year old video where you showed the cycle time mapped in detail with drill down and was super impressed. Thinking how to offer this to clients
My Confusion is also how to let my clients connect their db if am scoop owner Hmm…( last resort if branded connection is no go) , if I get T3, with unlimited users can I add ny clients as the user for connect & view access only without any other admin access, no analytics , no AI etc. They can only connect systems , select which data field to add & let me analyse ? I can do this on a client Call
It effectively creates a mini branded website for them (you upload your powerpoint with any branding you want as a canvas with frames, layer content on it and share it).

A: You can simply upload the file. Make sure your data is in a tabular format (first row has header names, and each row after has data). When you connect to google sheets, same thing. The default will be to look at the first sheet. If you name a range, you can also pick that.
I want Data Studio and process analysis and need to understand few cases to use them. I have chatgpt $20 subscription so need to understand BYOK context you are talking.
Also how to use tier 3 for small clients, what's the sales pitch for them, and in which format should I ask data in? I currently use Tableau and reportz.io so how is it different from them?
Q: Does it handle complex multi sheet excel files?
If I added some fairly complex sales data in excel form, that has pivot tables, multiple sheets, etc - would Scoop be able to handle that?

A: Scoop loads normal tables. So the tables that are the source of your pivot tables can be what Scoop loads - it will do all the pivoting and more for you, so pivots are actually counterproductive. Just name the range and you can connect to it.
According to the FAQ section of the deal page, Scoop supports file uploads (CSV, Excel), API connectors and database connections, and it automatically scans your data, detects formats, suggests schemas, and recommends any necessary data-preparation steps. So yes — Scoop can ingest Excel workbooks with multiple sheets and will scan them and recommend how to shape the data; note that complex objects...

Q: Process studio and connection link
Can you clarify my earlier question ( writing it here again as no response for a week) . Listing here wil no response to questions by many feels odd
Will process studio will be included in T3 ?
And can use the secure connect using our own brand ?

Oct 29, 2025A: We are making Process Analysis available in the next day or so. I'm not really sure what your second question is asking? Can you clarify a bit?

Process snapshots may not work if it’s email I guess.
How are consultants currently using for different clients for process snapshot

That's what sharing is for. You can share as many canvases with as many users as you like. They don't need to be Scoop users.

Snapshotting absolutely does work for email. It will record each report as a new snaphot. It's pretty cool.
