Q: Upgrade???

Hi,

I'm afraid to ask but there have been five questions going back to August that have not been answered, why? One of them is related to my question.

So here goes....My question is, I had purchased a Tier 1 when you offered this last year, is it possible to upgrade to some of the "Plan's" available now?

Q: past purchase and monthly credits questions

hi
I purchased tier 1 in the past and wanted to upgrade to a higher tier. Can I just purchase 1 Tier then it would be automatically upgraded to Tier2?
Secondly this offer states ' monthly credits' but I noticed in the previous questions, that the credits are a 'one time' purchase and not a monthly renewal...which is true for this version on Appsumo that is currently running?

Do these deals only apply to new customers or can they be applied to old ones as well?

A: Hey,

Extra credits you've purchased are yours to keep and will remain in your account until you use them. They do not expire unless used.

However, credits from a monthly subscription are reset every month and do not roll over if unused.

Q: Credits renew each month or not ?

Can you clarify if the credits renew each month or not when we buy the deal here on Appsumo ?
On one comment you said "Credits are a one-time purchase and do not renew monthly." and on another comment you said "Credits refresh every month, so you get a full reset on your plan’s allocation.".
It's not clear...

A: Credits are renewed every month and the only difference between a lifetime subscription and a monthly subscription is that it is a lifetime agreement.
