Can someone on the team check whether keyword tracking is available for my account?

I already wrote three times to the screpy support: how can I change the email subject from Uptime alert to downtime alert if a server goes down? Why do I have to look at line 4 in the mail to find out if the server is down or up again? Isn't that the main reason of a mail subject?

Is the tool set up for detailed keyword research and planning? Or only for the tracking side?
