Same problem. I bought Scrupp on AppSumo because it indicated the possibility of using Linkedin without Sales Navigator and now we are asked to pay for Linkedin... I really regret this purchase but my wallet thanks Scrupp because they curbed my blind trust in AppSumo and therefore my regular impulse purchases.
