Really love the concept of Selldone and all the features. Regarding Rentals - there seems to be no difference between "service types" "rental" and "booking" where these are 100% different. For "rental" is has a check in and check out form (identical to booking). IF I am renting a car or say, a piece of equipment like a pressure washer, I would have a pick up date/time (not just date) and...

A: Thanks Craig — and yes, what you’re describing is absolutely possible.
Selldone currently has 1,700+ features, exposed to AI systems through roughly 400 tools. The idea is that you’re not limited to one predefined e-commerce model — you can build stores, service businesses, booking systems, marketplaces, rentals, directories, and many hybrid business models on top of the same commerce...

A: Hello Selldoner, Thank you so much. The deal is deal same from Tier 1 to Tier 3 but in this campaign we have also added tier 4 to tier 7 that includes more stores and lower transaction fee for digital file sales. You can simply upgrade your previous deal. Thank you again for checking the deal after 4 years. Regards, Alireza
Can you please explain properly. When I think of listings, I think of listing multiple products. However, it would shock me if you could only sell one product on Tier 1 and Tier 2.
I understand what "Marketplace builder" means, based on my understanding, its creating something similar to a store where you let others create an...

A: Hello Sye, Good day. Listing meanins directory where sellers list their services in profiles. For example a listing of lawyers where in your website there are information of lawyers like their email, phone number, location, expertise, etc.
Q: What does the "Digital file transaction fee" mean?
Hi, I am wondering does the "Digital file transaction fee" mean?
Does it mean if I sell any digital products, like a PDF or an audio file or video, I pay a whopping 7% on Tier 1 and 2 to you?
If my understanding is correct, is there any way around it by hosting the file on my on storage on AWS or Cloudflare R2?
Thank you. Sye

A: Hello. That's correct. But you can host it in somewhere else and sell the product as virtual product and send a download link tp buyers which the transaction fee is 1%.
I understand some fee, but why so extremely high. Except for platforms like Gumroad, which I don't consider like a normal Shopify like store, this is by far one of the highest fees I have seen. I respect your transparency in being upfront about the fee. Nevertheless, once you add Stripe, plus the 1% on top of 7%, your total fees would exceed 10% plus Tax. I am assuming fee is excluding Tax?
Sure. When you sell anything, a transaction is done. Selldone, Stripe and other platforms and payments apply the fee on transaction regardless what the transaction includes. However selldone intelligently calculates different products fee in any signle order. Thanks.
Q: Adding my own transaction fee on top of Selldone's
Hi, for Tier 7, am I able to make the transaction fee 1.5% so that 1% goes to Selldone and 0.5% to me if I'm running an agency? If its possible how would that work so I would get paid the 0.5% portion? Since Tier 7 is Enterprise, why is the transaction fee not 0.5%? Cos if the above is possible it would be ideal if 0.5% went to Selldone and 0.5% to me. Would you consider dropping the 0.5% for an...

A: Hello. The 0.5% Enterprise transaction fee applies to our regular monthly/yearly Enterprise subscription.
The Tier 7 LTD is a completely separate plan. It’s essentially a special combination of Enterprise-level features and Company-level transaction fees, structured specifically for the Lifetime Deal. So the standard Enterprise pricing and fees don’t directly apply to the LTD.
Hi Alireza. For me to get comfortable with Selldone as an agency to start with, if I have Tier 7, am I able to offer my clients a subscription where they pay me monthly to have a store? Can that be done in SellDone or do I need the client to pay me through external system, I use SuiteDash? Or do I need this: https://selldone.com/blog/how-to-transfer-ltd-stores-to-the-partner-panel-1502

Also am I able to provide client only access for each store, where they can't see any other store?
