For example if we sell €20000 per month we have to give you €200, that is way higher than Shopify subscription with full functionality as well. So why any user would leave Shopify to you?

Thank you for your reply, but with all respect I disagree. Because also with you as the business grow the fees grow dramatically and still way more expensive than Shopify. Shopify is a very sold platform with many major brands using it, plus the connectivity is guaranteed with any technology, so with all respect unless you remove your commission for AppSumo buyers, Shopify still the king.

I understand that the Tier 1 plan includes a 1% transaction fee on physical product sales, in addition to the payment processor's credit card fees.
Could you please clarify your refund policy for physical products?
If a customer returns a product under your Money Back Guarantee and the order is fully refunded, is the 1% Selldone transaction fee also refunded, or is it retained by Selldone?
