Thank you for pointing this out. You are absolutely right about Sendle, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

One important clarification about what you see on our roadmap: the progress percentage does not necessarily mean that all of that development work is specifically tied to Sendle.

A significant part of the work is building the underlying Australian shipping infrastructure — things such as Australian location and map handling, shipping zones, shipping rules, rate structures, address handling, and other components required to support shipping providers operating in Australia.

These components are reusable across different Australian shipping services. So fortunately, the work already completed is not wasted just because Sendle is no longer operating.

That said, Sendle obviously no longer makes sense as the final provider, so we will update this accordingly.

Shippit looks particularly interesting because it is a multi-carrier platform rather than just another individual courier. It currently provides access to 100+ carriers and supports services such as Australia Post and other Australian delivery providers through its platform and APIs.

I’ve added Shippit to our list for review as a potential replacement. This could actually result in a much better solution for our Australian users than the original Sendle integration.

Thanks again for catching this and for the suggestion. Feedback like this is especially valuable as we expand Selldone’s local infrastructure in Australia.
