Q: Do you support Bank transfer as payment option?
1)A customer buys something with a bank deposit. Once I receive the money I can mark his order as paid etc.

Yes it is available. Once you want to add a Payment Method in Accounting menu you can select the Bank Transfer. Even they can upload receipt for you.
