Yes, accessibility is something we take seriously, especially as a European company operating across EU markets.
Selldone already follows many modern accessibility and responsive UI practices across storefronts, checkout flows, customer areas, and admin interfaces. That said, EAA compliance is not only platform-dependent — it also depends on how the merchant builds their content, chooses colors, adds images, custom sections, external embeds, etc.
So in practice, it’s a shared responsibility between the platform and the store owner, similar to SEO or GDPR-related implementations.
We continuously work to keep the platform aligned with modern web standards and accessibility best practices as regulations evolve.

Yes, of course! It's a shared responsibility.
But we store owners can do our part only if the underlying platform supports it. Especially on all-in-one no-code/low code platforms like Selldone.
That's why I specifically asked. Once the core is compliant, we can easily build on it.
