Q: I agree with you.
1% fee should assure quality service all the time.
Few suggestions:
1: Pls improve the look and feel of the site. I tried to find out if I could style the product page, but I could not. I could not even change the add to cart button color on the product page from blue to some color that could match my theme. The text boxes are too close to each other etc.
2: You may add a custom CSS feature. That should help to style to customers' liking.
3: The transactional emails should be from [email protected] and not from [email protected]. I think that's not a good fit particularly if you are charging a 1% Fee.
4: Pls clarify what is "File Fee" - 20% as mentioned on your price page on your website. Many of us are confused.
5: Pls include an SSL certificate ( it looks like we need to buy it on our own). Excuse me if it's already included.
Thanks and waiting ...

May 14, 2024A: Here are the answer to your good questions.
1 &2- To clarify: There is a difference between a shop(storefront) and with home(landing page or template).
-The shop has a unique theme where you can see all of the products in one place- You can change the color/ checkout flow. We have working on giving more possibilities for customizing the storefront.
-The home is a designed home page where you can create your dreamy webpage with tons of tools/elements. To clarify:
These are some shops:

https://bigmart.me/
These are designed templates:

3- We love to remove Selldone over all aspects of our customers' websites, transactions, and emails! Why? Because of legal issues.
But sending emails via a custom domain needs domain verification and connecting to your mail services account (like Mailgun). It makes the process complicated for many merchants.
Our team can do it for merchants(here Tier) 3 at their request. (free).
4-File fees are more considerable than physical fees. The reason is that when you upload files, we must cover storage cost, which the fee is far more than physical products. Compare a seller who sells online courses that the size is 5GB with a seller who sells 100 products the overall size of uploaded data is 100 MB (50 times bigger). Instead, in this case, you can upload it on Google Drive, send the link and sell it as a virtual product (1% fee). :)
5- You can use Cloudflare provides a free SSL certificate. Use this video: https://selldone.com/community/7-tutorial-step-by-step-guide/81-add-personal-domain-to-selldone
