It’s been 8 months since I missed out. I hope they do return but it doesn’t look good. We may have to find something else..? :-(

Are you planning to come back to Appsumo? Would you be offering an Enterprise Tier? There should be more current reviews of your product online. Can't find too many. Thanks! Great concept!
They downgraded my tier 3 plan to the free plan. No customer support is answering any questions for days. No answer to emails and when you call the hotline someone will take the phone call and hang up right away. Another Appsumo scam. Around 1/3 of my purchases are from such companies. It is unbelievable that Appsumo does not take any precautious measures to protect the Appsumo community. They are still in business but just downgrade the plan. Exactly the same happenend with at least 20 more companies which are still in business. Either they downgrade you to the free plan or they do not let you login anymore and password reset does not work.
