- They downgraded my tier 3 plan to the free plan. No customer support is answering any questions for days. No answer to emails and when you call the hotline someone will take the phone call and hang up right away. Another Appsumo scam. Around 1/3 of my purchases are from such companies. It is unbelievable that Appsumo does not take any precautious measures to protect the Appsumo community. They are still in business but just downgrade the plan. Exactly the same happenend with at least 20 more companies which are still in business. Either they downgrade you to the free plan or they do not let you login anymore and password reset does not work.
