Got the top tier - and after receiving a mail with new updates, I was about to start using it ..
- But reading both reviews & Q's here very alarming issues - on AppSumo Sendfox's "own origin / website" - With no communication or qualitative answers, it seems that start using SendFox would be a huge risk :-/
If anyoone at AppSumo or SendFox reed this page - please do a solid update w a strong addressing all the issues an also do a clear roadmap w. features + updates / issues resolved - You have had plenty of good "roadmap app deals here"...

Same boat here!
I was using SendFox and had been planning my setup around it. I spent around two months building external automations connected to webinars, CRM workflows, and other tools because the higher lifetime tiers were still part of the offer structure.
The most frustrating part is that Tier 5 was still saved in my cart. I was planning to purchase it, and then it disappeared without notice
