I am interested in the deals for SendFox.
But so many bad reviews and the fact that the expertise to run an autoresponder service is clearly lacking makes me think three times about whether I should go for it.

Questions are hardly answered, errors apparently not really fixed, and when answers do come, they rather point to a "lack of expertise" in this highly competitive market.

So before I invest – what is the actual plan for the future of SendFox?
I have no time or inclination to invest in something that so far looks more like a hobby project than a professional business.
