Does the new policy limiting lifetime email sends to 300,000 also apply to customers who made their purchases before this limit was introduced?

No, the 300,000 send pool doesn't apply to lifetime plans bought before it was introduced in June 2026. It belongs to the current $29 lifetime plan only.
That said, older lifetime plans aren't without limits either. Each lifetime plan includes a set amount of email sending. Once an account's total sending goes past what its purchase covers, and it's still sending more each month than the Free plan allows, it's asked to choose a monthly Pro plan and has 30 days to do so. There's no single published number for this, since it depends on the account.
