Yes, one SendFox account can do this. The sender isn't set once for the whole account: every email and every automation email has its own From name and From email, so each author's welcome sequence can go out under its own name and address.

To send from your own addresses, verify each domain under Settings > Sending > Email domains by adding three CNAME records to its DNS. You can verify both domains on the same account, and that's included in the lifetime plan at no extra cost. Verification is per domain rather than per address, so any address on a verified domain sends as itself.

Lists and automations aren't limited on the lifetime plan either. An automation is triggered by a list, so you can keep one list and one welcome sequence per author.

Two things are shared, because it is a single account. The plan's contact limit and send pool cover both authors together, and the company name and postal address in the email footer are set once for the account, so the same footer appears under both names.
