I've seen this answered by the founder, and I quote:
"AI agent / conversation automation: Yes, AI agents for handling conversations are on the roadmap and expected soon (around ~30 days)."

Took a quick look at the roadmap and could not find this feature in the "Planned" or "In progress" status. Is the roadmap outdated?

Also, will this work with BYOK connected from our side, or monthly recurring credits will be included in the LTD plans?
