Q: Can we extend our refund period as the product is not working while we wait for your rebuild
Hi there Sendpilot team, I have received your email about you doing a full rebuild based on the platform not working rather than fixing issues due to the traffic you have received has broken the system.
How long is that going to take for us to be able to pilot it?
Can we extend our money back period?
Our app is not really working, we get a maximum of about 50 outreach per week, per person. We have not been able to get more leads in through the navigator hook in. Then we managed to finally do it last night after a number of failed attempts.
How long is the rebuild going to take? Can we extend our refund period to match to that and some testing time?
