I wrote a review earlier regarding a APPSUMO Life Time Deal for Sendpilot which has "APPSUMO Tier 1" written in my SendPilot account. Elliot just told me that they were selling the deal direct to me. So the question that remains should my account not have stated SendPilot LTD instead of Appsumo Tier 1? Anyways my question - has anybody else had to beg and send several emails over a 3 week period and receiving no response from SendPilot? Well it took them 3 weeks to answer an email after I purchased the product but I did not get the product.I even asked for a refund several times but to no avail. So it looks like support is a challenge at SendPilot.
