Q: Question about your technical support (I have a License Tier 3)
Hello,
I’m a customer and I currently have **License Tier 3**.
I’m facing an issue with the automations and especially with the **timing settings**.
When I set an action to be triggered based on an event, the delay is **not respected**.
For example, when I schedule a message to be sent **5 minutes after a LinkedIn connection is established**, the message is not sent 5 minutes later but **several hours after**. ⏱️
This makes the automation much less effective and breaks the logic of my campaigns.
I also tried to contact you via the website, but:
- I didn’t receive any reply.
- I got **no email notification** when I sent a message to support via the chatbot window. 🤖
Do you plan to **improve the quality of your support** and **fix this timing issue** with automations, please?
