1. Started using it and it appeared fine, like a decent deal for the offer.
2. Next thing we know, neither of our salespeople (mostly senior) decided they wouldn't use linkedin automation tools like Sendpilot and rejected the use of this, as it might be potentially unsafe.
3. Today, I noticed Sendpilot's "safe" extension got banned from Chrome Store.
The same extension that's meant to capture your cookies to save your linkedin account.

As promising as it might be, I can't recommend it for anyone trying to use this for serios Corporate-level work, until they make their app stable and make security measures clear in the UX and not not something you have to research, ask, and follow their protocols in order not to get banned.

I really wanted this to work. I bought a lifetime deal and then a second one. They kept up with the roadmap and the promises until the refund window ended. Then they pretty much ghosted the project. It works ok but too many glitches to be effective.

I bought Tier 3 (5 LinkedIn seats) and later paid $237 for 3 more seats after Sendpilot's own team offered them via email. The extra seats were never added to my account — still shows 5, despite three follow-up emails with payment proof over a month. On top of that, 3 of my 4 previously connected LinkedIn accounts disappeared from the account entirely this week, with no explanation. The core product works fine when it works, but support on billing/account issues has been very slow.

I'm only using this for a very simple outreach campaign to send a connection request with a message to possible leads. For this, it's worked very well and I am happy. No issues at all. I spent only a few minutes setting it up. It was easy. And in four months I've had 1735 connection requests sent, and 647 accepted. It would've taken me many hours to do this manually.

I love it; the main page can no longer be navigated from, though. Something is wrong with the links on the main website. I wish I had bought tier 3, but it absolutely delivers, and I pace the growth.
