Can't create my account
Tried to activate my deal today, a bit later than usual, but after following the basic instructions, I got stuck on the pricing page. Not sure why it wants me to sign up for a plan, as this is an LTD account. Tried to take the free trial option, and that gave an error. Then used the email provided by AppSumo to contact support, but it doesn't exist... all this makes me wonder if this app is still active. Also noticed that Oskar's LinkedIn account was removed, and there's no sign of Sendpilot on LinkedIn at all... hmmm. Time to refund, I guess.

Great concept but unreliable execution.
⭐ Honest Review of Sendpilot
I really wanted Sendpilot to work because, on paper, it’s exactly the kind of tool I was looking for: a simple LinkedIn outreach platform with campaign sequences, automation, and a lifetime deal via AppSumo.
Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
## What works well
The UI is clean and intuitive. Setting up campaigns, building sequences, and defining delays or follow-ups is straightforward, even for someone without a technical background.
The campaign builder is actually well designed:
- you can easily create flows with delays and conditional logic
- managing leads and sequences feels simple and clear
- the onboarding experience is smooth
I was able to set up campaigns quickly and even successfully sent a test message, which confirmed that the system can work.
## The main issue
The problem is with the core functionality: message execution.
After setting up campaigns properly:
- campaigns were active
- sending windows were correctly configured
- timezone was checked
- LinkedIn account was connected
- messages were clearly being scheduled
…but no messages were actually sent.
Even more concerning:
- the number of scheduled messages kept increasing over time (2 → 5 → 7+)
- none of them were executed
- this persisted for hours during active sending windows
## Extensive testing performed
To make sure this wasn’t a configuration issue, I ran multiple tests:
- reconnected my LinkedIn account
- duplicated campaigns
- verified timezone (including UTC vs local)
- created a second workspace to isolate the issue
- ran both simple campaigns and follow-up sequences
- tested manual LinkedIn messaging (which worked perfectly)
- confirmed that a message had previously been sent successfully
Despite all this, the result remained the same:
messages are scheduled, but never sent.
## Technical observation
From a user perspective, it clearly looks like:
- the scheduler is working (messages queue correctly)
- but the execution layer is not working (nothing is sent)
This makes the issue particularly frustrating because:
- the system appears functional
- but in reality does not perform its main job
## Overall experience
This creates a lack of trust in the tool.
There is:
- no clear indication of what is wrong
- no error or warning shown to the user
- no visibility into whether messages are stuck, paused, or failing
As a result, it becomes very difficult to rely on the platform for actual outreach.
## Final verdict
Sendpilot has strong potential. The product design, UX, and campaign builder are genuinely good.
However, in its current state, it feels unstable and unreliable for real usage.
For me, the tool is currently unusable because:
- messages are scheduled but not executed
- the system gives no feedback about the issue
- even basic campaigns fail despite correct setup
## Recommendation
I would only recommend Sendpilot if:
- you are still in a testing phase
- or you are willing to deal with potential instability
Otherwise, I would wait until reliability issues—especially around message sending—are fully resolved.

Nice but it's not working properly
Tried the product for 1 week but still not sending message. The tool is well made but it's not working as expected.
Customer service still not responding after 4 days... :( very sad.

Wish it offered more
It good, but i wish it offered more. Like the ability to "like" content on a target's feed. Right now it just offers a simple "view their profile". Guys - please add this!
Also, the videos really exaggerated the ability to create a new linkedin account and start cold out reach. This is not true. LinkedIn required ID verification on new accounts. Creating a new account for cold outreach is nearly impossible now.

SendPilot - Here's My Honest Take!
I'm an agency owner running a SaaS marketing agency, and LinkedIn is our primary lead generation channel. My offer is a free Gap Analysis report that maps out a 12-month ROI growth plan for potential clients — so getting that in front of the right people consistently is everything.
SendPilot has been my go-to tool since grabbing the LTD on AppSumo, and after a month or two of real use, I feel qualified to give it a proper review.
Getting started is genuinely quick.Connecting my LinkedIn account took minutes, and my first campaign was live within 15–20 minutes. I'm running LinkedIn Navigator as my main outreach source, and once I got familiar with the campaign-building flow, it became second nature. I've now set up 14 campaigns and counting.
The lead extractor is the standout feature for me. It's plug-and-play with instant results — it keeps the momentum going and honestly makes prospecting enjoyable. That's not something I say about many tools.
On the AI sequences — I ended up building my own flows from scratch rather than using the pre-built templates. That's not a knock on the templates, it just speaks to how flexible the builder is. You can make it fully your own.
One thing I'd love to see added the ability to save your own custom sequences and build out a personal library of flows. Right now you can duplicate campaigns and reuse them that way, which works, but a proper sequence repository would be a real upgrade. I'm hopeful that's on the roadmap.
As for results— connections, accepted invitations, and replies are rolling in. Like any outreach strategy it's a numbers game, and I'm actively testing and refining my messaging. But it's doing exactly what it promises to do.
I'm on Tier 2 (LTD) and it's worth every cent. I'm seriously considering moving to Tier 3 next week.
If your target audience is active on LinkedIn, this is the tool. No question. It's one of the best outreach investments I've made in 2026, and I'd buy it again without hesitation.
5 tacos. Solid!
