1. Can I connect my own LLM API key (Anthropic/Claude or OpenAI/GPT) for the AI features — copy generation, SendrAI prompts, Deep Research, personalization? If I bring my own key, do those actions stop consuming Sendr credits, or do they still cost credits regardless of which model runs them?
2. When my monthly credits hit zero, what still works without credits? Specifically: can I
(a) keep sending through my connected inboxes/sequencer,
(b) run automations, and
(c) import my own externally-sourced/enriched contacts to skip Lead Finder — or does the account hard-stop until the monthly reset?
3. Does using the API (Tier 3/4) consume the same credits as the in-app actions, or is API usage metered separately?

Nice to connect and good questions.
1. Currently we don't have the option for BYOK / bring your own key but it's definitely something we're considering and interesting to hear that would be useful for you also. So currently the only option for SendrAI is to use our model and credits, but we do like the idea of BYOK so one we'll continue to scope.
2. When your monthly credits hit zero:
a) YES - sending continues as it doesn't require credits
b) NO - automations in our automation builder require 0.25 credits per step, per contact
c) YES - you can import contacts without restriction even when credits run out
Finally, YES our API actions consume the same credits as the in-app actions, it's not metered separately.
