Another question. Is custom domain, remove branding and customization available?
Would like to be able to be on custom domain at least. Customization = more of being able to change the colour scheme of what the client is view (and also ideally the admin dashboard) to align with our biz corporate colours.
Would be open to pay for it if this can be done.

A: Thanks for asking and we do have some customization features! Currently, if you go into "Account -> Branding", you can change the recipient landing page Logo and Colors so that it has the same look and feel as other branding from your business. Custom domain options are planned for next year.
Q: Quick question about the Expired button in SendTurtle.
When I mark a link as Expired, it correctly disables public access — but the file still remains in my dashboard, and I don’t see any option to delete it.
Could you clarify:
What exactly does the Expired button do at the file level?
After a link is marked as expired, is the uploaded file still stored permanently?
Is there (or will there be) a way to fully delete uploaded files, links, or analytics from the dashboard?
Thanks!

A: Thanks for asking and here’s what “Expired” does today:
1. What the Expired button does: it permanently disables access and, on the backend, the actual file is deleted so it can’t be opened again.
2. Is the file still stored after expiring? No, once it’s expired, the file itself is no longer retained, which also means we can't reactivate it at a later time.
I like what is being created here. Not just a doc/pdf platform to collect e-signature, but also any other doc - with the intention to track what the users are likely thinking as they're browsing through the doc
I would like this as part of my business workflow as we work with a lot of forms, e.g. application forms, other request forms, which requires signatures as well as product brochures...

A: Thanks for your feedback!
On the signature limit: we set it at 5/month on the current Pro tier to keep the base plan affordable while covering the real operational costs associated with e-signatures.
That said, we agree with your use case (50/100/unlimited/etc for form-heavy workflows). We’re planning a higher business tier with a much higher signature allowance, alongside other...
Totally hear you, we’re planning a higher-tier option that includes more refillable signatures per month built into the plan! On the current Pro tier, if you need more signatures you can purchase additional eSignature credits in bulk, and those credits don’t expire so it's flexible to your needs.
Also agree 5 is too little even for small businesses; tier 1 should of been 25 at least then have tier 2 at 50 and a tier 3 at 100 signatures a month that way there are more flexible options for people.
I'm inclined to wait for the biz plan. I honestly think since it's meant for the biz & customer, it make sense for a usable amount of signatures since no matter how many docs we're sending to the customer, it definitely boils down to signing a deal
I can send a customer 2-3 product docs and ultimately sign on 1. Right now it just means the max deals sign-able is 5 a month which is bad for my biz
And the AppSumo listing here is states for SendTurle: Collect e-signatures and share documents securely with analytics for smarter follow-ups
How can such a tool with such a description be just 5 signatures per month right? If the tiers are structured properly to meet the needs of different business sizes (small, medium & large), I'm sure we're willing to pay accordingly for what it's worth
Docs are small these days unlikely to go up to 100gb. Once I get insights & doc signed, I'll remove them from storage. Cut it down and make tier 1 at least 10 signatures, you can go up to eg. tier 10
For my case, eg.10 clients/month signing 2-3 docs each, is 20-30 signatures. I'd definitely need at least 100 signatures a month. I would be interested if this can go up to 500-1000.
So I purchased and activated my license. My accounts shows "eSignatures available: 5" Want more? Buy a pack of eSignatures.
What am I missing?

A: Yes, the Pro tier includes 5 eSignature documents per month, and they automatically refill every month. If you ever need more than that, you can buy additional signature packs, and those never expire. The system always uses your monthly refill first, so any extra signatures you purchase will remain in your account until you need them.
As for non-signature documents, you can send/receive an...
Thanks for your feedback. The eSignatures was actually a very recent release (when we started the process it was only transfers) so we'll make sure the number of signatures is reflected in the listing to help reduce confusions for others. Thanks!
The whole point of your software for many is signatures we can already send unlimited non signature documents by email so it makes no difference having that as a feature
Thanks for calling that out! While eSignatures are definitely a big use case, the core value SendTurtle is built around is what happens after you send a document: page-by-page engagement analytics (time spent per page, drop-off points, whether they read it at all) so you can follow up with the right context.
That said, we’re actively working on additional tiers for more eSignatures!
Thanks, Ian. I understand. I just meant that most people on AppSumo are interested in eSignatures. Of course, analytics showing who opened a document is a great feature. The signature feature is especially useful for contracts, NDAs, or proposals, ensuring we get documents signed and ready for business. I look forward to seeing the additional tiers thank you.
Hello, I was about to ask about the 5 signature limit and then I saw everyone's comments so I have to ask the same to at least double it to 10 for tier one or 15 and then have discounts for appsumo users. 5 is a very stressful low limit. We've had a few esign apps on appsumo, but nobody has ever had such a low limit. Please consider moving it up to 10 or 15 or 20. Thank you
Thanks and we're absolutely bringing more monthly signatures to AppSumo shortly (plus bonuses)! While we were primarily an engagement analytics platform that recently added signatures, we're excited to see the community rally behind that feature so we'll lean into it.
Also, currently the platform supports unlimited signatures per signature document!

This is very confusing. The plan reads like everything is unlimited. 5 Signatures per month is extremely limited for most users.
Which is why the purchase was an instant refund for me...
