What happens if you missed the deadline to request a refund? I went to add this to a new purchase and it was not working. There is a note that says I would have had to send a request by 1/30/25!!
I absolutely love Sessions! Unfortunately, I have to use alternative solutions that don’t even come close to its quality. Even though I already paid for the highest tier, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay a monthly subscription for it if it comes back online. It’s the best software I’ve come across in years!
I reached out on your support line / email via zendesk but no response. I am intersted in potentially investing into sessions. As a user for a while I see the value your trying to create. I dont just invest cash but have good team supporting my portfolio to fix problems, and help them grow. Q: Why is Sessions Available as a Part of AR2R but is not supported for LTD Buyers?
I don't understand why Sessions is available as a part of another venture, and I also received today an email from Session saying (partial excerpt):
We have an important announcement to share regarding SESSIONS. Over the next 6–9 months, we will be significantly reducing our operations (close to 0) to focus on rebuilding and securing the future of our platform.
We are taking these steps to: Minimize operational costs. Focus on stabilizing our finances. Rethink our business strategy from the ground up. Prioritize fulfilling our past commitments to users.
This thing is dead. Bad management. Fleeced their pockets and ran out of funds. The old song of promising too much and not being able to deliver as the math just didn't add up.
