Unusable Meanwhile - Many Bugs, Often not Available
The Sessions App currently displays a "Page not found" error with the message: "You've landed in uncharted waters." (404).
In recent weeks, most users have been unable to load their sessions, which is unacceptable for a professional tool. This level of unreliability makes it impossible to continue using the app for business purposes.

We found sessions as a breathe of hope and innovative tools in the area of videoconferencing white label technology and a great investment for the future , all that is blown out today with the important accouncement email sent by their founder RADU . Going a bit back to what happened few months ago where he raised the smartest funding method in the world using a message of empathy and urgency asking the first SESSIONS supporters ( Mainly those with a TIER 5 who paid more than 700 USD) to buy Tier 6 ( 750 USD) and TIER 7 ( 4150 USD). I already bought the TIER 5 on september 2023 so I was not ready to invest more. What happened is that company pretends suffering financial issues but the reality is that they could have been investing in new product lines and preparng for the sale of SESSIONS videoconferencing for a big ITC cartle and the millions of USD collected from Appsumo platform would be a sorl of 0% interest refund once the sale transaction of the software is secured 100%. So they raised funding from their early supporteds to make Sessions Mature and more powerful but most importantly they might have secured a new product line under a diffrent brand and business name .Now, we need Appsumo to be accountable and firm not only by refunding its customers but also to negociate an extra compensation from Sessions team. Is is really hard to see that your 750 USD in blowing out in 1 year of time span but we bame APPSUMO for not comenting or showing its insurance and accountability as the problem has started a couple of months ago for many clients, for me this is the frst announcement I receive .
We have an important announcement to share regarding SESSIONS. Over the next 6–9 months, we will be significantly reducing our operations (close to 0) to focus on rebuilding and securing the future of our platform. Please read this carefully to understand how this affects you.
Why is this happening? We are taking these steps to:
Minimize operational costs.
Focus on stabilizing our finances.
Rethink our business strategy from the ground up.
Prioritize fulfilling our past commitments to users.
What does this mean for you? Access to the platform: The platform will remain live until December 27 for you to download your recordings and other data. Please ensure you retrieve any valuable information before this date.
Service changes: All other services, including videoconferencing, will stop functioning as of tomorrow.
Support: While we will monitor our community Slack channel (join here), response times may be delayed. We will do our best to assist where possible.
What happens next? Our goals during this pause are to:
Secure financing to stabilize SESSIONS.
Adapt our strategy to fit the current market landscape.
Reignite growth, restore operations, and clear outstanding obligations.
How did we get here? Our journey started with the vision of revolutionizing collaboration. We made significant progress, thanks to your support, but unfortunately ran out of funds before reaching market readiness.
Despite running out of funds in July, we:
Maintained platform functionality without shutting down or filing for insolvency.
Explored fundraising, partnerships, and even sale scenarios.
Operated without payroll, leading our team to pursue other opportunities while still helping sustain the platform.
Unfortunately, these efforts have not yet succeeded. To avoid a permanent shutdown, we are moving into conservation mode while we work toward a sustainable solution.
Important Notes: We acknowledge that communication during this period has been challenging, and we appreciate your understanding.
If you are owed a refund and have not received one through channels like AppSumo, we will do our best to honor it when we are financially stable again.

I have written a short review already but now, I checked some details. I ordered 3tier on Aug 2023. It's a little over a year. If I knew earliesw, that they will be closing down - I could probably take my money back from PayPal presenting Session's correspondence (within 180 days). I feel ripped off. Many of us will feel the same. I wrote to AppSumo support as they sometimes have other means to solve the problem. The whole situation destroys AppSumo presence too... Honestly? From now on, I will think 10 times before getting any deal again. What a pity.

A year and gone.
I have written a short review already but now, I checked some details.
