Another product that seems to be abandoned. A year and three months of purchase and it no longer works. Product that was used as an appssumo success story. With many sales. It is another product that simply ceases to exist in a short time. It is the second product that has the same fate in less than a year of purchase. It seems that there is a lack of criteria in the choice of products here

I would like a refund because this just looks like the team has just disappeared leaving my business stranded.

Theres so much to like about this app - if only it worked consistently. I have missed potential clients and meetings due to not realising its not working.. and the time it will take now to have to change all my automations all my emails all my websites and move to another platform.. when the system wont launch you cant even access support to ask for help

All client communications and workflows are tied to Sessions.
Over the past few weeks, I've noticed the product is not responding as it once did. I had a client book using my Session link but the appointment did not push to my main calendar (Google Workspace) and therefore I completely missed it.
Currently, I am in negotiations with a new client and was going to send a link to book. Thank goodness I checked! It has me showing as completely available all week when I am very much so NOT available.
I tried disconnecting my Google Calendar but now get an error when doing so.
I've reached out to Support but am not holding my breath.

I'm so annoyed I'll have to re-work entire workflows and published documents containing any Session links. Not what I had planned at a month-end.

I bought this product to use with my agency and coaching business, and have just started getting everything up and running. Sessions has every feature I need - sadly the core functionality doesn't work any more. No recordings save and the transcription tool doesn't work. Such a shame.
