Currently testing the platform (free trial) to check it before deciding to purchase. Regarding Members access, you have Admin, Member, and Limited Member. When a Limited Member creates a lead, he needs to choose a pipeline. This can be troublesome if there are numerous pipelines. He also needs to select the "Owner" and choose his name among all member names listed. The Limited Member has access to...
Also, regarding the dashboard, can the dashboard view of members assigned to a specific pipeline be limited to data and metrics within their assigned pipelines?
And can workspace visibility controls be designed for granular, per-person type access where there is restricted visibility of deals, metrics, and contacts for pipelines not assigned to them? Looking forward to your reply. Thanks!
I run a small marketing business and I want my client to be a user. My client has multiple people working for them, instead of person having their own user account, I want to create one user account for the client that all his employees will have access to. I understand that they will have the user name and password. Does it violate your terms to share a user account instead of creating an individual user account for each individual?

A: Great question, and totally understandable setup for an agency!
Sharing a single account across your client's team doesn't violate our current terms — so technically you're free to do it. That said, we'd gently recommend against it for a few practical reasons:
— No accurate user tracking — you won't be able to see who's actually working on what, which gets tricky when managing pipeline flow...
Straight question: All CRM tools I've backed on AppSumo and promised a database and lead generation and yadda yadda are gone. Either closed down (without much notice, if at all), or sold off (without carrying over the LTD), or dishonored the LTD by introducing new tiers (AI excuse) and making the AppSumo tier pretty much useless.
So, my question: Why would Sharpify be any different from the other cash grabs on here when it comes to CRM tools and vetted databases?

A: That's a completely fair question, and you deserve a straight answer.
We've seen the same pattern you're describing — and it's exactly why we built Sharpify the way we did. We're a small, focused team. No VC funding, no runway to burn, no exit strategy on the table. AppSumo for us is about building a real customer base, not a quick cash grab.
