They do a really good job of attending to problems... which do happen from time to time. I wish appsumo had more saas like this, as I use it with every client I sign up. They can improve on their template editing... and I was told by support that it will be improved in the near future.

This used to be a great service for us, but lately it's been very buggy and unreliable. We frequently find ourselves sending signatures out a day or more late which sometimes pushes a project timeline.

Starting to look for a cost effective alternative.

Great Product

I bought this tool some months ago thinking I'll probably use it at some point.
Today, that day has come.
I used it for a personal reason - needed to sign a document urgently, had no printer and remembered I bought this deal.
Within 5 minutes had my document signed and saved me a ton of hassle.

As a few other Sumolings mentioned, I'm having problems, major problems. Sending out very simple 6 page docs for initials and one signature and all the pages are not being received. Also, the recipient is signing and the system confirms was completed. When I open the dos, the signature/initialed areas are blank. Maaaan I cannot have this. Realtor here and I can only apologise so many times until I look totally incompetent. Any help would sure be appreciated...
