Q: Manage multiple clients & ltd tiers vs website plans

Hi, I am a freelancer and a Microsoft 365 Business user. I regularly receive requests from clients to create a centralized email signature for all employees within their company.
I would like to understand whether this is possible with your solution. When you refer to licenses, does this mean that each license can be linked to a different domain, client or separate integration with unlimited signatures? In other words, can I manage multiple customers under different licenses?

Could you also clarify the specific differences between the LTD tiers and the plans listed on your website? I am particularly interested in understanding what is included in each tier and how they compare in terms of features and scalability. Finally, do the LTD plans include lifetime updates and upgrades, including access to new features in the future?

To answer your questions specifically:

Managing Multiple Clients: Yes, you can absolutely manage multiple customers. We have a Reseller Portal specifically designed for this, but we can't make this available via AppSumo. You can buy one from AppSumo to test out the solution and contact us to discuss Re-seller package (it covers our Custom package features).

Licensing & Domains: Licenses are tied to the total number of user inboxes you automate, not the number of domains. For example, if Client A has 50 employees and Client B has 150, you would need 200 licenses total. These are flexible - if an employee leaves, you can reassign that license to a new user or a different client entirely.

LTD Tiers vs. Standard Plans: The AppSumo LTD (Lifetime Deal) tiers align with our Standard Plan features. The primary difference is the "pay once" vs. "pay yearly" model. Our Custom Plan (Enterprise) includes premium features not found in the LTD, such as:

Targeting campaigns via CRM lists.

Advanced permission management (Role-Based Access Control).

SIRH/SFTP premium connections for automated user syncing.

vCard digital business cards.

A dedicated account support team.

Updates & Future Features: Great news here - our LTD plans include lifetime updates for all features included in your specific tier. You’ll get the same "polish and shine" as our regular customers! If we release major new modules outside the scope of the Standard/LTD tier, those might remain part of the Custom plan, but your core service is locked in for life. That said you can always look to upgrade to our Custom tier!
