Developer needs to buckle down. I'm terrified it's going to be another cash crab.
I was an early purchaser of SimpleBase. I have seen it evolve into something with enormous potential and utility but is being squandered by the developer not having the support resources or team required to seemingly run this as a proper business. Really hoping they turn it around for the better because when the features work, it's an incredible product. Its just got some pretty nasty bugs that are sporadically affecting the user experience.

Great product - terrible support
We love this product but support is terrible.
There's a current bug where all our clients get the same email reply every 5 minutes after we respond to a support ticket.
Zero response from SImple Base support for over a week now and our clients are getting annoyed at us and there is nothing we can do

Quite Buggy, save feature not working.
The text edtior on the articles is not working, which is a huge feature and problem. Tried to reach out to support, I sent them videos and images and examples of the errors....no reply after a week :(

I recently had to cancel my subscription to Simple Base due to a lack of support. While the product itself shows promise, it needs significant improvements in several areas, particularly in the helpdesk. The ability to use spaces and formats is crucial for effective work, and this feature is currently lacking.
Additionally, I tried to find more information about the company, including its establishment and history, by checking LinkedIn and other sources but found no traces at all. This lack of transparency also influenced my decision to quit.
