I am evaluating the 3 Codes plan for purchase.
I am based in South Asia and have to regularly send files (avg. size 150 MB, type: PNG/JPEG) to my clients in the US.
Which Region should I select for quick upload and download of the files?

If your in Asia, Hong Kong for uploading would be perfect for your uploads, but slow(er) for your clients in the US.
I would then try using the US server for your uploads so they can collect the assets faster.
The goods news is that the 3 code plan comes with 4 regions (US WEST, HK, Dubai, Frankfurt).

I want to prioritize my customer's experience and hence the US WEST region sounds like a good option.
I am assuming that using the US WEST region from Asia might be slow for me to upload the files but would be blazingly fast for my US clients to download from.
I would give it a try on our website for free; but yes you're right. As an example, Im in HKG and I can upload to US WEST at about 10-12MB/second on wifi, and my clients there (on the west coast) can download in the range of 20-40MB/second. Ofcourse everything depends on distance and latency, network conditions.
